Brownie Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Melt Butter and Mix

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the cocoa powder and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, salt, and chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted butter mixture and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  6. 6

    Bake the Brownies

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. 7

    Cool and Cut

Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Scoop Ice Cream

Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving bowl.

  2. 9

    Add Brownies

Top the ice cream with a few brownie squares.

  3. 10

  4. 11

    Add Sprinkles

Finish with a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles on top.
