Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper into small pieces and set aside.
Cooking the Beef

Heat the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the shredded beef for about 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Scramble the Eggs
In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and just set, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembling the Burrito

Wrap the Burrito
Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the beef and egg mixture into the center. Drizzle with Luquins red burrito sauce, then fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Place the burritos on a plate and serve immediately with additional Luquins red burrito sauce on the side for dipping.
