Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Dice the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Cooking the Beef

  1. 2

    Heat the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the shredded beef for about 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Scrambling the Eggs

  1. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and just set, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine Everything

In the skillet with the warmed beef, add the sautéed onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Stir to combine and heat for another 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in the scrambled eggs.

Assembling the Burrito

  1. 5

    Wrap the Burrito

Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the beef and egg mixture into the center. Drizzle with Luquins red burrito sauce, then fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve Warm

Place the burritos on a plate and serve immediately with additional Luquins red burrito sauce on the side for dipping.
