Juicing Process
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Peel the oranges and pineapple, and remove any seeds from the apples and tomatoes. Cut the fruits into manageable pieces for your juicer.
Juicing
Start by adding the cranberries to the juicer first, as they will help extract juice from the other fruits. Follow with the pieces of orange, pineapple, apple, and lastly, the tomato. Make sure to juice them in the order listed to maximize flavor extraction.
Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp and seeds. Use a spatula to press the pulp and extract as much juice as possible.
Serve
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your fresh fruit juice chilled or at room temperature. Optionally, you may add ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
