Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add croutons and grated parmesan cheese to the chopped romaine lettuce in the bowl.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, minced anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well combined.

Incorporate Olive Oil
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk the dressing until it is smooth and emulsified.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing and mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Combine and Serve
