Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Malbec, Aperol, Triple Sec, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and honey. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top off with Sprite to add fizz.
