Muddle the Mint
In a glass, add fresh mint leaves and sugar. Muddle gently to release the mint oils.

Add Lime Juice and Rum
Pour in the fresh lime juice and white rum. Stir to combine with the muddled mint and sugar.

Mix in Brewed Mate
Add the cooled brewed mate to the mixture and stir well.

Top with Soda
Fill the glass with ice and top off with soda water. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
