Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed leeks and garlic with chopped pecans, grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Take the stuffing mixture and fill each mushroom cap generously, ensuring they are well-packed.

Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
