Wash and Cut Potatoes
Begin by washing the red potatoes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Cut them into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.

Mince Garlic
Peel the fresh garlic cloves and mince them finely using a knife or a garlic press.

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan or skillet, pour 1 cup of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking.

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the cut red potatoes to the hot oil in a single layer. Fry for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Once the potatoes are cooked and seasoned, use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
