Simple Syrup Preparation

Make the Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.

Cool and Strain
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool for about 10 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a clean jar, discarding the rosemary. Let it cool completely before using.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup).

Combine Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of Cedars NA gin over the ice, followed by 4 oz of tonic water.

Add Rosemary Syrup
Add 1 oz of the prepared rosemary simple syrup to the glass and stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Cut the lemon into wedges or slices and add a piece to the drink as garnish.
