Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine Laird's Apple Brandy, Taconic Maple Bourbon, and Simple Syrup.

Adding Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Cardamom Bitters to the mixing glass.

Stirring
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
Serving

Straining
Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnish with a piece of orange peel and a cherry.
