Preparing the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn pink and opaque.

Add Tomatoes, Olives, and Capers
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, and capers. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.

Toast the Bread
Grill the bread slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Place the grilled bread on serving plates. Spoon the shrimp mixture over the bread, ensuring to include plenty of the sauce.
