Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Seafood

  1. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn opaque. Add the crabmeat and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  1. 3

    Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.

Combining the Ingredients

  1. 4

    Mix Pasta, Seafood, and Peas

Add the cooked farfalle, sautéed seafood, and frozen peas to the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Dish

Plate the farfalle di Cremona and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
