Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn opaque. Add the crabmeat and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.

Mix Pasta, Seafood, and Peas
Add the cooked farfalle, sautéed seafood, and frozen peas to the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Plate the farfalle di Cremona and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
