Directions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
- 2
Mix Ingredients
Using a spatula or wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients gently until well combined. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- 3
Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch thick slices.
- 4
Assemble Bruschetta
Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet. Spoon the crab mixture generously onto each slice of bread, making sure to cover them evenly.
- 5
Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each bruschetta.
- 6
Bake the Bruschetta
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is nicely toasted.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
