Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

Beat the Egg Whites
In another mixing bowl, add the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Using a clean whisk or mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Combine Ingredients
Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined. Then, fold in the beaten egg whites gradually, being careful to maintain the light and airy texture.
- 5
Add Vanilla
Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and gently fold until incorporated.
- 6
Chill the Mousse
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
