Aperol Spritz Recipe

Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Start by chilling a large wine glass or an old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside for a few minutes.

   Combine Aperol and Prosecco

   Once the glass is chilled, empty it out and add 3 oz of Aperol followed by 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass.

   Add Club Soda

   Top off the mixture with 1 oz of club soda. This will add a refreshing fizz to your cocktail.

   Garnish

   Using a vegetable peeler or knife, cut a thin strip of lemon peel. Twist it over the drink to release the oils and drop it into the glass as a garnish.

   Serve

   Serve immediately with a straw or without, and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!
