Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cured Meats
Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin pieces. Arrange them on a large serving platter in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- 2
Prepare the Cheeses
Slice the Parmesan cheese into thin wedges, crumble the Gorgonzola cheese, and cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized balls. Add these to the serving platter beside the cured meats.
- 3
Prepare the Marinated Vegetables
Drain the marinated artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange these vegetables on the platter, filling in any gaps and adding color.
- 4
Add the Olives
Place the mixed olives in a small bowl or scatter them around the platter.
- 5
Add Fresh Herbs and Accompaniments
Scatter fresh basil leaves over the platter. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the entire antipasto as a finishing touch. Serve with a loaf of artisan bread on the side.
