Brew a fresh shot of espresso using an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker. Ensure that the espresso is hot and freshly brewed.

Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, place one generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Immediately pour the hot espresso over the scoop of ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly and create a delicious mix of flavors.

If desired, pour an additional shot of Amaretto over the espresso and ice cream for an added flavor twist.
