Appetizer Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tomato Mixture

Dice the Roma tomatoes and finely chop the fresh basil and garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 2

    Toast the Bread

Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Main Course Preparation

  1. 4

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Side Dish Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Green Beans

Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water.

  2. 7

    Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the green beans, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp.

Dessert Preparation

  1. 8

    Make the Chocolate Ganache

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

  2. 9

    Serve with Raspberries

Pour the chocolate ganache into serving dishes and top with fresh raspberries. Serve warm or chilled.
