  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix Sugars and Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and malted milk powder until evenly mixed.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  6. 6

    Fold in Cacao Nibs

Gently fold in the cacao nibs into the brownie batter until evenly distributed.

  7. 7

    Bake the Brownies

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. 8

    Cool and Serve

Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve with coffee milk jam drizzled on top.
