    Prepare the Mixing Glass

    Take a mixing glass and fill it with ice to chill it while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

    Measure and Pour the Ingredients

    Using a jigger, measure 1 oz of Smith & Cross Rum and pour it into the mixing glass.

    Add the Second Rum

    Next, measure 1 oz of Ten to One Rum and add it to the mixing glass.

    Incorporate the Bitter and Sweet Elements

    Measure 1 oz of Campari and pour it into the mixing glass, followed by 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth.

    Stir the Mixture

    Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients thoroughly.

    Strain into Glass

    Place a strainer over the mixing glass and pour the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

    Garnish with Orange Peel

    Take a piece of orange peel, express the oils over the drink by holding it over the glass and gently twisting it, then drop it into the drink as a garnish.
