Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the fresh kiwi and chop it into small pieces. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the chopped kiwi, Tito's Vodka, Italicus, coconut milk, and toasted almond tincture.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

Add Yuzu Soda
Top the cocktail with 4 oz of yuzu soda. Gently stir to combine.

Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with kiwi slices and a sprinkle of almond slivers on top.
