Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Shrimp and Sauce

  1. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 3

    Add Artichokes and Tomatoes

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  3. 4

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

Reduce the heat to low and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the lemon juice and mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes.

  4. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to combine everything evenly. Cook for another minute to heat the pasta through.

  5. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
