Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Rinse the scallops, mussels, and clams under cold water to remove any sand or debris. Drain well.
- 2
Mince the Garlic
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.
- 3
Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the Alfredo Sauce
Once the seafood is cooked, lower the heat and pour in the alfredo sauce. Stir gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 7
Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the seafood and alfredo sauce. Cook for another minute to combine flavors.
