Pasta Preparation

Cook the Capellini Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the capellini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Sausage
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Combining and Serving

Add Sauces and Season
Stir in the marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce into the sausage and vegetable mixture. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked capellini pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce and mixture. Remove from heat.

Garnish and Serve
Serve the Napolitano hot, garnished with fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!
