Preparation
- 1
Cook the Linguine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
Cooking

Add Marsala Wine
Pour the Marsala wine into the skillet with the mushrooms. Increase the heat to medium-high and allow the wine to simmer for about 5 minutes, letting it reduce slightly.
- 4
Incorporate Gravy Sauce
Add the gravy sauce to the skillet with the mushrooms and Marsala wine. Stir to combine and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
Serving
