Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly coated.

Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the wings in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using your choice of wood chips for flavor.

Smoke the Wings
Place the marinated wings on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Crisp the Wings (Optional)
For extra crispy wings, you can finish them on a hot grill or in an oven under the broiler for 5-10 minutes after smoking.
