Prepare the Pork
Season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place it in a slow cooker or smoker.

Cook the Pork
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the BBQ sauce.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss until well combined.

Serve the chopped pork BBQ on buns or plates with a side of coleslaw.
