Set Up the Breading Station
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the breadcrumbs with additional salt and black pepper.

Bread the Tenderloin
Dredge the seasoned tenderloin in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Baking Method (if breaded)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the breaded tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
