Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, add the fresh spinach. Wash and slice the strawberries, then add them to the bowl. Peel and thinly slice the red onion, then add to the salad.

Add Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese over the spinach, strawberries, and red onion mixture.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine all ingredients well.
