Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato into thin rounds. Set aside.
Assembling the Sandwich

Layer the First Tier
Place 2 slices of wheatberry bread on a clean cutting board. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each slice. Layer with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, and 2 slices of crispy bacon.

Add Vegetables and Cheese
Add a layer of lettuce and 1 slice of tomato on top of the meats. Place 1 slice of American cheese over the vegetables.

Add the Second Tier
Top with another slice of wheatberry bread, and repeat the layering process with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and 1 slice of American cheese.

Finish with the Top Slice
Finish with the last slice of wheatberry bread on top. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks if necessary.
Serving

Cut and Serve
Carefully cut the sandwich into quarters or halves, depending on preference. Serve with chips or a side salad.
