Method

Prepare the Wings

  1. 1

    Cut and Marinate

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch each. Place them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Prepare Egg Wash

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs until well beaten. This will be your egg wash.

Coat and Fry the Wings

  1. 4

    Coat the Chicken

Take each piece of chicken, dip it into the egg wash, then dredge it in the dry flour mixture until thoroughly coated.

  2. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 6

    Fry the Wings

Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 7

    Drain Excess Oil

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 8

    Melt Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 9

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Toss and Serve

  1. 10

    Toss Wings in Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the fried wings and the prepared buffalo sauce. Toss until all the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 11

    Serve Hot

Transfer the coated boneless wings to a serving platter and enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
