Preparing the Steamer
Fill a steamer pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Forming the Dumplings
Take a small piece of the rested dough and flatten it in your palm. Add a spoonful of the shrimp filling to the center, then fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal.

Steaming the Dumplings
Once the water is boiling, place the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they are not touching. Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes, or until the dumplings are translucent and the shrimp is cooked through.
