Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Assemble the Wontons
Take one wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the beef filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Make sure there are no air pockets. You can also fold the corners to the center for a traditional wonton shape.

Cook the Wontons
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop the assembled wontons into the boiling water. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top and are cooked through. Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside.
