Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill while preparing the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Muddy River Spiced Rum, Banana Liqueur, lime juice, demerara syrup, and pineapple juice.

Shake it Up
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a banana slice if desired.
