Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your rocks glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Absinthe, Mother Earth Rye, Courvoisier, Banana Liqueur, demerara syrup, and bitters.

Add Ice and Stir
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture gently for about 20 seconds until well chilled.

Empty the ice water from the chilled rocks glass.

Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
