Meats
Marinade Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Meats
Place chicken breast, beef sirloin, and pork tenderloin in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meats, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more intense flavor.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Grill or Oven
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 4
Cook the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill or bake the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Cook the Beef
Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill or bake the beef sirloin for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C). Adjust time based on your desired doneness.
- 6
Cook the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill or bake the pork tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serving
- 7
Rest and Serve
Once all meats are cooked, let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the three meats together on a platter, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
