Meats Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium-low heat. Rub the pork ribs generously with salt and black pepper. Place them on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2-3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken Thighs

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Grill them for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Beef Brisket

Rub the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook it on the grill for about 4-6 hours, until it is tender, wrapping it in foil after 3 hours. Baste with BBQ sauce during the last hour.

BBQ Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the BBQ Sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.

Sides Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix together coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

  2. 6

    Heat the Baked Beans

Open the can of baked beans and pour them into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 7

    Bake the Cornbread

Prepare cornbread batter according to package instructions. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
