Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place it on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Brush with additional BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.

Preparation of Side Dishes

  1. 4

    Cook Corn on the Cob

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

  2. 5

    Prepare Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with 1 cup of coleslaw dressing. Toss until well combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled BBQ chicken alongside the corn on the cob and a generous portion of coleslaw. Enjoy your BBQ Chicken Plate!
