Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic cloves, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Place chicken thighs and pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meats, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  3. 5

    Grill the Pork Ribs

Remove the pork ribs from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and has a nice char.

  4. 6

    Rest the Meats

Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the grilled meats for garnish. Serve the BBQ chicken thighs and pork ribs alongside your favorite sides.
