Marinade for Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and BBQ sauce. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preparation of Pork Ribs

  1. 2

    Prepare the Rub

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork ribs.

  2. 3

    Marinate Ribs

Wrap the seasoned ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.

Preparation of Beef Brisket

  1. 4

    Marinate the Brisket

In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and BBQ sauce. Place the brisket in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking Instructions

  1. 5

    Cook Chicken Wings

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and crispy.

  2. 6

    Cook Pork Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally, until they are tender and cooked through. Brush with additional BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

  3. 7

    Cook Beef Brisket

Preheat your smoker or grill to low heat (225°F). Remove the brisket from the marinade and place it in the smoker. Cook for about 8-10 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F. Wrap in foil and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
