Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparing the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Teres Major

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the Teres Major steak with salt and black pepper. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Making the 'Steak Sauce'

In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combining Everything

Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the sauce, gently mixing to coat them. Chop the Teres Major and place it on top of the potato mess. Garnish with chopped chives.
