Dry Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Add Wet Ingredients

Create a well in the center of the dry mixture and add melted butter and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms.

  3. 3

    Knead the Dough

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth.

  4. 4

    Shape the Rolls

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a ball. Place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.

  5. 5

    Bake the Rolls

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with Butter

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with butter for spreading.
