    Prepare Wontons

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with oil and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.

    Marinate Ahi Tuna

    Dice the ahi tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, mix sake and soy sauce. Add the diced tuna and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

    Prepare Vegetables

    Finely chop the serrano chili, scallions, and cilantro. Slice the avocado into cubes.

    Assemble Nachos

    On a serving platter, layer the crispy wontons, followed by the marinated ahi tuna, chopped serrano chili, scallions, avocado, and cilantro.

    Drizzle and Garnish

    Drizzle with yum yum sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
