Prepare the Crostini
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush both sides of each slice with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet.

Toast the Crostini
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the slices are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.

Make the Duck Rillette
In a mixing bowl, shred the duck confit using a fork. Mix in the old green mustard until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Crostini
Spread a generous amount of duck rillette onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with cornichons, pickled onions, and roasted red peppers.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
