Prepare the Glass
If desired, rim your glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge along the rim of the glass and then dip the rim into a small plate of salt to coat.

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes, enough to reach the top.

In a separate container, mix the fresh lime juice with the Topo Chico mineral water. Stir gently to combine without losing too much carbonation.
