Prepare Strawberry Puree
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Place them in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and use a citrus juicer or your hands to squeeze the juice into a measuring cup until you have 1 oz of fresh lime juice.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz of Tito's vodka, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 cup of strawberry puree.

Shake
Shake the mixture well until chilled.

Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into a copper mug filled with ice. Top with 4 oz of ginger beer.

Garnish
Garnish with a fresh strawberry or lime wheel if desired.
