Smoked Pork

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure it's well-coated.

Smoke the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a smoker set to 225°F (107°C). Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Add Liquid
In a pot, combine the shredded pork with apple cider vinegar and water. Mix well and heat over low until warmed through.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix with Pork
Once the sauce is ready, mix it with the shredded pork in the pot and allow it to absorb the flavors for another 5 minutes.
Coleslaw

Combine Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

Make Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Slaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Flour Tortilla

In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Make a well in the center and add melted butter and water. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned. Keep warm.
