Prepare the Brisket

Season the Brisket
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the brisket, ensuring even coverage.

Roast the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket in a slow cooker or a roasting pan. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

Add BBQ Sauce
Once the brisket is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker or pan. Shred the meat using two forks and mix in the BBQ sauce until well combined. Let it rest for a few minutes.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.
