Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, then season it generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage and carrots.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Flour Tortilla

In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in lard or vegetable shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
