Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine chicken breast with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare Shrimp

In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Season the Brisket

Rub the brisket with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Season Grouper Fillets

Drizzle the grouper fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside for grilling.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 6

    Cook the Shrimp

On the same grill, cook the marinated shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.

  3. 7

    Smoke the Brisket

Prepare your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Smoke the brisket for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

  4. 8

    Grill the Grouper

Grill the seasoned grouper fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
